The Vordere Galmihorn (3505 m) is an excellent vantage point due to its optimal position. Not only can the Finsteraarhorn, Schreck- and Lauteraarhorn be seen from a special angle, but practically the entire Valais Alps, as well as Mont Blanc, are visible to the wondering eye. Despite this, and its popularity during winter, the Vordere Galmihorn is rarely climbed in summer.
