Alplistock west summit 2890 m Route archive
A striking double summit along the ridge east of Chlyne Diamantstock. The two peaks are separated by an approximately 400 m long ridge with numerous gendarmes. The actual west summit is located to the east of P. 2878 on the map.
In the past, a ridge traverse from the W to E summit was carried out quite frequently. The partly very loose rocks and the heavy lichen growth hardly correspond to today's ideas of a worthwhile tour. The west summit on its own is a less difficult tour from the Bächlital hut.
