The ski slopes afford an easy approach, for example from the cable car station at Les Attelas.
Les Fontanets (and other places) - Cabane du Mont Fort
Access is also possible from other mountain stations: Fontanets, Ruinette, La Chaux, Col des Gentianes or even from Mont-Gelé via the Col du Mont-Gelé. In the event of high avalanche risk, be wary of snow slides, especially on the southwest flank of Mont-Gelé and the Monts de Cion.
