One of the most beautiful climbing areas in Central Switzerland, located at 1600m altitude on the south side of Pilatus along the mountain trail between Alpnachstad and Kulm. The approach (descending) from Kulm is a bit less exhausting, but takes as long as the forty-minute ascent from middle station Ämsigen.
