Route description
Capanna d'Albigna - Start of Piz Balzet South Ridge
From Capanna d'Albigna follow the path for Pass da Casnil (Forno). At around 2520m, below Piz dal Päl, take the left-hand path up to the wide saddle between Piz dal Päl and Piz Balzet. Head north over scree into steeper rocky ground beneath Piz Balzet. The start of the route is on a small tower, left of a runnel that has a chock stone in it, ca. 2720m.
