Route description
Chollerboden - Sunneplättli
From the Chollerboden, follow the gravel track in the direction of Föhnberg to a cairn and signpost for the first rocks above the road. Turn left, up through the steep pine forest; at a branching take the wider path to the right and arrive at the Sunneplättli.
Variant: Approach from Gersau
From Gersau either follow the road to Chollerenboden or (more beautiful) take the footpath up to the Föhnberg forest road. Turn left, heading slightly downhill until the cairn and signpost points you once more into the forest.
