Hüfihütte SAC 2334 m
This cabin for alpine hikers is located in Maderanertal, high above the hardly accessible Hüfisee, close to the tongue of Hüfifirn. Embedded into a mighty high alpine mountainous surrounding with summits of at least 3000 metres and vast névés, the cabin is the starting point for mixed tours and traverses to, for example, Glaris and the «Grosse Maderaner Rundtour» from cabin to cabin.
