La Luette 3547 m Route archive

La Luette is located NW of Mont Blanc de Cheilon. The two peaks are separated by the Col de Cheilon. This mountain is very characteristic with its three long ridges. The N side is covered by the En Darrey Glacier and the E side by the Luette Glacier. This alpine summit is ideally located in relation to the Dix hut. La Luette is often climbed in place of a higher peak when the weather is uncertain. This mountain is also interesting to climb in combination with a traverse of Pleureur and up to La Sâle.
