Trugberg 3932 m Alpinism
The Trugberg falls just 70m short of 4000m. It stands therefore humbly in the shadow of its more popular neighbour, the Mönch. This is a shame as the traverse of the Trugberg from the Obers Mönchsjoch is a very worthwhile tour. Most often you will be alone here, though always in view of the many visitors to the Jungfraujoch. The Northwest Ridge offers interesting climbing sections on good rock, interspersed with fine sections of Neve.
