Route description
Rifugio Saoseo - Steg P. 2229
From the Saoseohütte continue to the end of the road at the mountain restaurant Camp (terminus of the Postbus Sfazù-Val da Camp). From here bear northwest into the Val Mera, gaining height beside the stream until a foot bridge leads to a flatter section on the left (south side).
Steg P. 2229 - Start of "Via Tinner"
After crossing the bridge climb diagonally up the scree slope to reach the lowest point of the slab below the obvious split, half-height roof of "Via Monika". A yellow triangle, even more obvious, marks the start of Via Tinner. 1 hour from Saoseohütte.
