The tour begins at the top of the Bruno skiing area. The itinerary goes to Col de Chargerat, ascends on the S face, over a short summit ridge and then to the summit. It is a popular beginner’s tour which includes freeride descents on the north side of the skiing area.
Route description
Skiing area of Bruson - Six Blanc
From the highest point of the Bruno skiing area (ca. 2230 m) descend south-sput-eastward for a short stretch on the ski run. Leave the ski run to ascend the gentle slopes to the right as far as Col de Chargerat (2327 m). From the col, where the view opens southward to Val d’Entremont, turn right and ascend without difficulties the S slope to the summit ridge. Follow the ridge to the summit, staying away from the ridge line (snow cornice).
